This year’s CCRC Annual General Meeting will follow a slightly different format.
It will take place at Eames Farm, Thorney Road, Emsworth, PO10 8DE. This is on the right about half a mile before the Thorney Island Army checkpoint.
Please arrive from 1130am for a prompt midday start.
As normal there will be the formal meeting and then informal discussion of various topics. For some of these there will be documents provided in advance so you can give them some thought in advance.
There will be a free ploughmans lunch with drinks.
Bookings are only accepted from CCRC Members who will receive a booking confirmation by email once their booking is approved. Non-members attending with a member are welcome but must be booked by that member.
We do need bookings this year to assess numbers for catering.

You will receive an email on submission of your booking and another once the booking is confirmed.
If you return to this page after booking then it will remind you that you have already booked.
