Members and guests are invited to the CCRC 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Venue: Eames Farm, Thorney Road, Thorney Island, PO10 8DE
Date & Time: Saturday 30th November 2024. Coffee from 11 am, AGM commences at 11.30 am, followed by member discussion, prize-giving and lunch.
Please make sure to mention any diet or allergy issues in the Comments box. Guests and crew who are not members must book via a member.
Lunch will be soup (choice of fish chowder or vegetable) plus a pudding. Please bring your own alcoholic drinks; tea and coffee will be provided. Price per attendee is £10 (note this is not shown in the booking form).
When you submit your booking, you will receive a “Booking Pending” email which shows your provisional place(s). Please make your payment of £10 per attendee by bank transfer to Chichester Cruiser Racing Club, Sort Code: 52-41-32, Account no.: 54897327 as soon as possible. This confirms the booking and lets CCRC know how many to cater for.
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a “Booking Confirmed” email.
